MB-45 thermal refrigeration system

The MB-59S is a thermal-bridge-free window and door system. It is also perfectly suited for the production of façade windows and doors for thermal and acoustic insulation (e.g. doors, windows, shutters, shutters). For the window profile, the installation depth of the casement is 50 mm, the sash profile is 59 mm, the structural depth of the door profile is also 50 mm, and 50 mm for the sash. As a result, the surface of the enclosure and the airfoil form a single plane both inside and outside. In the MB-59 3 air chamber profile, the insulating chamber between the insulating inserts forms the central chamber, making the profile slim and robust. The interconnection structure using insulating inserts allows the use of two-colour profiles. The profile has an "omega" shaped glass fibre reinforced polyamide insulating insert. This form of insulating insert not only provides very good thermal insulation, but also perfectly solves the problem of drainage of the internal chambers of the profile. Another key feature of the construction is that it can be used to create different curved structures.
